When I first walked into Cairnhill Toastmasters, I remembered I was greeted warmly and was impressed with the dedication
and driven nature of its members.
Seven years later, I am still a member of Cairnhill Toastmasters and I have learned and seen so much from the toastmasters
experience. I have seen members progressed from nervous ice breakers on their first speech to confident orators as they
progressed in the movement.
I have seen quiet members open up and become driven leaders as they strive to grow and contribute to the cause.
I have seen myself improve and develop into a competent speaker and evaluator as I moved from speech to speech as the years
passed by. Cairnhill Toastmasters Club is like Family to Violet and I and we see ourselves dedicated to this meaningful
cause and movement for the rest of our lives.
