About Us

Cairnhill Toastmasters Club is a part of the Toastmasters International, District 80, Division D, Area D3. Cairnhill Toastmasters Club was chartered in 1 February 1996. Currently, we have more than 20 members from various backgrounds. We have senior managers, entrepreneurs, students and many others within our membership base.

We strive to promote effective leadership and communication skills to all club members and guests. We believe in creativity and innovation. Each meeting has a theme, and all the proceedings of the meeting will evolve around the theme. Some of our past themes are "Battle of the Sexes", "Be Crazy, Be Creative!".

Our slogan is "Think like an Entrepreneur, Speak like a Leader". We encourage the spirit of enterprise. All visiting Toastmasters and guests are most welcomed to join us at our monthly chapter meetings, at absolutely zero cost. Light refreshment will be provided. We meet on every 4th Wednesday of the month.

The mission of our club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

Being a Toastmaster means more than simply making a commitment to self-development. Everyone who joins a Toastmaster Club is making a commitment to the Club, to its members, and to the organization as a whole.
